【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoverspolypropylenematerialssuitableforinjectionmoldingandextrusion.Polymersconsistofhomopolymer,copolymers,andelastomercompoundedwithorwithouttheadditionofimpactmodifiers(ethylene-propylenerubber,polyisobutylenerubber,andbutylrubber),colorants,stabilizers,lubricants,orreinforcements.Thisspecificationallowsfortheuseofthosepolypropylenematerialsthatcanberecycled,reconstituted,andreground,providedthat:(1)therequirementsasstatedinthisspecificationaremet,and(2)thematerialhasnotbeenmodifiedinanywaytoalteritsconformancetofoodcontactregulationsorsimilarrequirements.Theproportionsofrecycled,reconstituted,andregroundmaterialused,aswellasthenatureandtheamountofanycontaminant,cannotbepracticallycoveredinthisspecification.Itistheresponsibilityofthesupplierandthebuyerofrecycled,reconstituted,andregroundmaterialstoensurecompliance.(SeeGuideD5033.)ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Note1-Thepropertiesincludedinthisspecificationarethoserequiredtoidentifythecompositionscovered.Theremaybeotherrequirementsnecessarytoidentifyparticularcharacteristicsimportanttospecificapplications.ThesewillbedesignatedbyusingthesuffixesgiveninSection1.Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section13,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note2-ThereisnosimilarorequivalentISOstandard.
