Scope: This specification covers a butadiene - acrylonitrile (NBR) rubber in the manufacturer of molded seals.These products have been used typically at temperatures from -65 degrees F (-54 degrees C) to +180 degrees F (+182 degrees C) where resistance to fuel is required, but usage is not limited to such applications. Each application should be considered individually.

【摘要】:1ScopeThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsforresistanceseamweldinginthefabricationofassembliesofuncoatedandmetalliccoatedIowcarbonsteelcomprisingtwosheetsofmetal,wherethemaximumsinglesheetthicknessofcomponentstobeweldediswithintherange0,4mmto3mmforthefollowingmaterials:_uncoatedsteels;--hot-dipzincoriron-zincalloy(galvannealed)coatedsteel;_electrolyticzinc,zinc-iron,orzinc-nickelcoatedsteel;_aluminiumcoatedsteel;_zinc-aluminiumcoatedsteel.Organic-coatedorprimer-coatedsteelsarenotcoveredbythisInternationalStandard.GuidelinesforthedesignofappropriateseamweldingequipmentandweldingconditionsaregiveninAnnexesAandB.Theseareforguidanceonlyandmayneedtobeadaptedtosuitthespecifiedserviceconditionsofthefabrication,~-prevailingproductionconditions,typeofweldingequipment,mechanicalandelectricalcharacteristicsoftheweldingmachine,electrodeconfiguration,andmaterial.Theserequirementsshallbetakenfromtherelevantweldingprocedurespecificationfortheapplicationorprocedure,wheretheseexist.
